Dr. Ambedkar Society for Socio Economic Welfare & Development is an NGO in India working for the popularization of science and technology through its outreach educational programmes.
The Society has intervened & inculcated scientific temperament in the students, teachers and community at large through its standing activities including Schools in Science & Mathematics, Public & Popular Lectures, Evening Community Awareness Programs, Panel Discussions, Workshops, Seminars, Quiz Competitions and many more.

The aims and objectives of the Society are as under: –
- To promote science and technology amongst people of all age groups.
- To impart knowledge in various fields of science, technology and related areas.
- To inspire and encourage the younger generation to discover their talents in various fields of science and technology and help them to excel in them.
- To set up and provide facilities for learning in various fields of science and technology.
- To undertake consultancy work, studies, survey and research work and prepare reports of its own or on behalf of any other institution or organization.
- To make such grants as the Society may think fit for the promotion of science and technology amongst the people.
- To grant scholarships, stipend, assistance or loan to deserving and needy students and other persons for pursuing science and technology.
- To establish science laboratories, science museums, lecture halls etc. for the promotion of science and technology.
- To organize lectures, seminars, study tours etc. for the promotion of science and technology.
- To function purely on charitable basis and to run the Society on ‘no profit no loss’ basis.
- To accept donations, raise subscription from members of the Society or other persons, to invest funds of the Society with such Scheduled banks, individuals, societies, firms or companies for providing income to the Society, on such terms and conditions, as may be deemed proper and necessary for the fulfilment of the aims and objects of the Society and to further its interest as enumerated above.
- To do all such acts, as may be useful and necessary for attainment of the above objects.
